Color Coating LinesDIGI offers Color Coating Lines to coat galvanized carbon steel, aluminum strip and even stainless steel.

The strip is treated in dip or spray tanks, then chemically coated before coating in specially designed Primer and Finish Paint Coaters. After each coat the sheet is passed through Catenary or Floatation  curing ovens to bake the paint for long life.

The coated strips adhere to all the international standards i.e. NCCA, ISO, ECCA, ASTM A755, and JIS.
